Refund and Returns Policy

At MetroBud Merch, all of our products are made to order through Printful, which means each item is custom-made specifically for you. Due to this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless there is a defect or issue with your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Because each item is made to order, we cannot restock or resell returned products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@metrobudnyc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A description of the problem

Once we review your request, we will determine if a replacement or partial refund is applicable.

3. Memberships & Digital Products

  • Membership purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in production. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
